Upcoming Workshop – Understanding Abortion: From Mixed Feelings To Rational Thought

Kiki Latimer, co-author of Understanding Abortion: From Mixed Feelings to Rational Thought will present a five-night continuing workshop on Sunday, November 2 through Thursday, November 6, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.  The sessions will be held on on-campus at Holy Apostles, in the Chapel Basement Auditorium.

This very important program will help participants understand how to evangelize people on what is wrong with abortion in a friendly, loving way.  Ms. Latimer will discuss how to pastorally engage a culture where the sin of abortion is not only tolerated, but accepted as a “right” – and at the same time a life and death matter where for many, deep confusion reigns.

The workshop is part of Holy Apostles’ fall series on the prophetic vision of Blessed Paul VI, who wrote eloquently almost 50 years ago in Humanae Vitae about the sanctity of life and the threat of a contraceptive culture.

Please see   Understanding Abortion Workshop Nov 2 – Nov 6  for additional information. You may register for this on-campus workshop with Dr. Cynthia Wilson-Toolin at 860 632-3022 or ctoolin@holyapostles.edu. Additional details about the possibility of online viewing of the event will be forthcoming.
